RULES AND FAQ’S

Who is eligible to send and/or receive a Referral or Referral Reward?
You can refer friends, family or co-workers who are not currently Best Practice Healthcare customers. You are not eligible to receive a Referral Reward if you are an employee, contractor or partner of Best Practice Healthcare, or if you are related to anyone who is an employee, contractor or partner of Best Practice Healthcare.

Who can I refer?
You can refer friends, family or co-workers who are not currently Best Practice Healthcare customers.

How do I make a referral?
You can make a referral by signing in to your Best Practice Healthcare account at https://academy.bestpracticehealthcare.ie and using the referral form on your main account page.

How many friends can I refer?
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can send to your friends.

What does my friend need to do to redeem the referral?
Tell your friend they must redeem the offer by signing up to a paid product or service from Best Practice Healthcare using the email address you referred them with. After your friend successfully completes sign up and the purchase, you will receive a notification that the referral was successful. You will need to wait at least 30 days before your Referral Rewards can be cashed out.

My friend is already a Best Practice Healthcare customer, but I was the one who told them about Best Practice Healthcare. Can I still get a referral credit?
In order to qualify for a Referral Reward, your friend must be a new Best Practice Healthcare customer who purchased a paid product or service after they were sent the referral.

How do I qualify for a referral reward?
You must be a current Best Practice Healthcare customer with an account in good standing. In order to qualify for rewards, your friend must keep their account active and in good standing for a minimum of 30 days after signing up with Best Practice Healthcare. If service is terminated within 30 days of sign up, the Referral Rewards will be cancelled. The referral reward you are entitled to will be a percentage of the purchase price, minus any discounts, promotions or special offers for any applicable product(s) which your friend purchases. The percentage referral reward entitlement is indicated at the time the referral is sent, and is subject to change.

Will you give out my friend’s contact information?
Best Practice Healthcare will not give out your friend’s information.  Check out our Privacy Policy.

How will I receive my Referral Reward?
Before a Referral Rewards becomes eligible for redemption, the customer/referee who signed up to Best Practice Healthcare and activated the Referral Reward must remain a paying customer of Best Practice Healthcare for a minimum of 30 days. Once a Referral Reward becomes eligible for redemption, you must add an IBAN and BIC to which you wish your Referral Reward to be paid. Once a Referral Reward is paid, it can take up to 10 business days for the reward to appear in the specified account. Referral Reward redemptions may be subject to minimum amounts and manual review at the discretion of Best Practice Healthcare.

 

Terms and Conditions

  • The following terms are defined as part of this agreement: the program (the Best Practice Healthcare Referral and Referral Rewards program), invite (an email message to an individual inviting the individual to sign up to or buy one or more products or services from Best Practice Healthcare), the referrer (you), the referee (the person you invite to the program).

  • Best Practice Healthcare will communicate with you regarding the Referral and Referral Rewards program by email.

  • The referee that you send the referral to has 30 days after receiving the referral to claim the offer (enter their email address into the system). After claiming the offer, the referee must remain as a paying Best Practice Healthcare customer for 30 days before your Referral Rewards becomes eligible. They can find the link to sign up and become a paying Best Practice Healthcare customer through a link received in their email (provided by you).

  • The person being referred must use the email address they have received their Referral to when signing up to Best Practice Healthcare to active the Referral Rewards.

  • To make a referral as part of the Program, you must be a current Best Practice Healthcare customer. 

  • You and your referrals have to accept the Program Terms to participate in the Program. 

  • Both you and your referrals must have an active, non-suspended account in good standing.   All referrals have to be made using the referral system on academy.bestpracticehealthcare.ie

  • To be eligible for the Referral Rewards, you must be an active customer with Best Practice Health, with an account in good standing. The person being referred must keep their account active for 30 days after activating. If service is terminated within 30 days of activating, the Referral Reward will be invalidated and the Referral will be cancelled.

  • There is no limit to the number of referral offers you can send to your friends, and there is no limit to the amount of Referral Rewards you can earn provided you abide by the Terms and Conditions and as laid out here, and the full rules of the Referral and Referral Reward program.

  • You can only send referrals to individuals with whom you have a personal or family relationship.

  • The Referral Rewards is not available for referring existing customers, or customers who previously held an account with Best Practice Healthcare (the referral must be a new Best Practice Healthcare customer).

  • Referrals cannot accept more than one referral offer as part of this Program. If they receive multiple offers, the most recent offer will be determined as the active offer. This active offer will be used to determine the originating Referral and will apply the Referral Rewards accordingly. 

  • To be eligible for the referral credit, you must (i) explain the Program to your referrals and obtain consent from each referral to use their personal information for the purpose of sending them the referral and (ii) abide by these Program Terms. Referrals must provide consent to use of their personal information in order to participate in the Program.

  • Referral Rewards are non-refundable, have no cash value, and will not be paid out upon the termination or cancellation of an account.

  • Best Practice Healthcare employees, sales representatives, and associates along with their families are excluded from this Program. The Referral Rewards is not applicable to these parties.

  • Referral Rewards will become eligible within 30 days of the Referral offer being accepted, provided the Referral, Referrer and Referee comply with the Terms and Conditions and Rules of Referral and Referral Rewards as laid out here.

  • Referral Rewards will appear within your designated financial account within 10 working days, once you provide Best Practice Healthcare with a valid IBAN and BIC and you comply with the Terms and Conditions and Rules of Referral and Referral Rewards as laid out here.

  • Best Practice Healthcare assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged or misdirected referrals or communications or for any failure of the website, for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or referral to be received by Best Practice Healthcare on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to your (or any other person’s) computer related to or resulting from this program. Best Practice Healthcare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this program should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Best Practice Healthcare, corrupt the security or proper administration of the program or for any other reason. Referrals are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, unintelligible, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Referrals submitted by unauthorised means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that a referral has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these terms, you and all of you referrals will be disqualified from this program and any Referral Rewards that have been awarded will be deducted or cancelled. You agree to abide by the terms of this program and the decisions of the Best Practice Healthcare team, which are final. This program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Best Practice Healthcare may end the Program or change any of the terms at any time, without notice and without obligation to award any Referral Rewards.

  • The Referral Rewards value may vary by province/country. Best Practice Healthcare reserves the right to adjust the Referral Rewards amount applied to your account, if the province/country you selected prior to sending a referral differs from the province of your billing address.

  • Referral Rewards provided is discretionary and does not include applicable taxes. If you are liable for taxes on any monies earned through the Best Practice Healthcare Referral and Referral Rewards program, you should consult a professional accountant to understand your tax obligations. Best Practice Healthcare assumes no responsibility or liability for any taxes, penalties, fees, charges or other incurred by you related to the Best Practice Healthcare  Referral and Referral Rewards program.
